Using a hair toner, I need help?

I bleached my hair blonde


but my roots are very light orange (almost blonde though)


if I use a toner do I just use it on my roots?


or my whole hair?

do your roots first and wait a few minutes before you do the rest of your hair.


It should take out the yellowness of all of your hair. [:
