How do i use my redkin toner.?

i recently removed intense red from my hair and used color eraser.i got it really light w/out the use of bleach.i bought toner but im not sure how to use it properly.i got redkin toner in 9v and9nb w/ shades eq. i am new to this and im not sure how to do it correcty.i wanna be a blonde.How do i use my redkin toner.?
If you are still light red, there should be no problem now switching your color to Blond.How do i use my redkin toner.?
be very very careful with the 9v!!!!! it is a violet color.you need processing solution to go with it. it needs to be mixed in equal parts. i would do half ounce of 9v and half ounce of 9 nb and of course 1 ounce of processing solution. if you have a lot of hair mix one ounce 9v one ounce 9nb and 2 ounces of proc solution....i never use 9v by its self!!! good luck!!
