i might go to sally's and buy a blonde toner because i'm tired of my hair being yellowy. because i had lowlights mnths ago they turned yella. does a toner like dye your hair/cover highlights or your highlights still my inplace but no yellow?What exactly does a hair toner do...?

It'll help keep your hair from looking bronze-like.
toner is kinda a dye and offen used on blond hair, it gets the yellow tone down. it wont cover highlights.
