Manic Panic Virgin Snow Toner?

If I have brown hair with blonde chunks through it, can I apply this to my whole head and it not affect the brown. Or do I need to just apply it to the blonde bits (that could take a while) - Thank you?Manic Panic Virgin Snow Toner?
as the product manic panic is only a semi it should NOT effect the rest of your hair........ it certanly wont lift your brown hair.
