Try apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball as a toner. It's a natural astringent and cleanser/detoxifier. Be careful not to get it into your eyes, like you would with any toner.

You can also use witch hazel in the same way if you don't have apple cider vinegar on hand.Best facial toner for oily, acne prone skin?
I just bought some Biore products. They are working great so far, and they really dry up your oil.
Egg yolks are very effective at drawing out oils and preventing further breakouts. You simply wash your face with water, separate the yolk, break it, and apply it to your face. Then you allow the yolk to dry to your skin. After it has dried and hardened, remove the yolk by rinsing it with warm water. Your skin may dry after this is done, so an additional moisturizer of your choice if desired.
I find that any toner without drying agents works well. Try Dermalogica Multi-Active toner or Bio-Elements.
