thats not tooo expensive. For example, my skin is a little on the sensitive side to strong products (it burns) if it is cheap. Any advice out there??? what brand can I buy?? I checked them out at target and walmart, and I was tempted to buy one to try, but I'd rather check out the feedback from the ladies! .. thnx ..Im looking for a toner. I use chanel but I am out. neutrogena alcohol free toner
alcohol is a drying agent and tends to strip skin of its natural oils, so try to avoid it
