I dont know what hair toner is ?

People keep on talking about toner when dying your hair blonde but what is it actually suppozed to do ? :SI dont know what hair toner is ?
it will take out the Orange and golden brassy colors you hair will turn when using bleach.

To answer below me: a toner is used AFTER you color your hair NOT before.I dont know what hair toner is ?
when u want to dye ur hair to a lighter color like blonde u have to use a hair toner first. a hair toner is a chemical that u put in ur hair so that it can bleach ur hair to like a lighter color or ur normal hair color.n then u would put the hair color u would like to put on which is blonde right. so do the hair toner first n then the hair color.
I dyed the color is not recommended, because a lot of





hair damage.


Perhaps should be changed hairstyle.


Straighten, curl, flick, twist......


By your own decisions.
It makes it so your hair isn't as brassy.
