After you rinse lightener from your hair, put a demi permanent toner on the DAMP (towel dried) hair, not soaking wet. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then rinse.Should i use a hair toner when my hair is wet or dry?
you put the toner on after you shampoo the lightener out and let it sit for at least 3 minutes so the molecules can do what theyre suppose to:)
