Hi a great toner product name Charm it's by Clairol and the color is called Lady White I don't know if you have a beauty supply store in UK to were you can by these types of hair products with out a license like a Sally's Beauty supply store but if you do this is what you need to get that white platinum color.
umm idk if they have a HT in the uk but they have a white out kit that works good and it comes with a toner :P
